About My Clients
I work well with people who are struggling with anxiety, navigating life during and after college, building healthy relationships, and coping during the parenting journey. Clients who are open to self reflection and looking to learn and practice skills to strengthen coping methods and decision making tend to be a good fit with me. My goal is to help you feel more in control and empowered over symptoms, thoughts and experiences.
My Background and Approach
I encourage clients to examine problematic patterns, explore potential changes and expand upon skills to strengthen coping methods and decision making. I integrate a number of different therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I work collaboratively with clients to improve awareness, expand skills and practice making changes outside of sessions.

I offer a warm and understanding space to explore thoughts and behaviors without judgement. I believe that you are the expert of your experiences, and I am here to assist in providing new insight, encouragement and strategies as you move forward. We will work together to pinpoint coping methods that feel more natural and effective as well as identifying areas that need more exploration. I would be honored to join you on your journey.
