About My Clients

I support adolescents and adults navigating grief and loss, trauma-related symptoms, relationship and family-of-origin issues, identity exploration, and attachment-related concerns. I also support couples navigating conflict in their relationship, communication difficulties, and feelings of disconnection. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and provide a safe and secure space for individuals of all backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations to feel supported and empowered in their healing.

My Background and Approach

I am fully trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR and utilize a blend of psychodynamic, trauma-informed and attachment-based practices such as IFS/parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I value a person-centered, collaborative, and relational approach to therapy and believe in tailoring my therapeutic methods to align with each client’s unique needs. I have experience working with clients of all ages in individual, couple, and family therapy settings in outpatient therapy centers. I also have experience working in higher levels of care, serving clients in recovery from substance use disorders in intensive outpatient treatment. I also have experience supporting couples recovering from infidelity and other forms of betrayal trauma. I am passionate about supporting clients of all backgrounds, and provide a secure space for LGBTQIA+ couples and those exploring alternative relationship structures.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about ally-ship and providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care, as well as providing an inclusive space for bodies of all size and abilities, and neurodivergent minds. I strive to create a safe space for my clients, welcoming all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and spiritualities. As a trauma-informed and culturally-responsive clinician, I greatly consider the effects of oppressive systems and intergenerational trauma on BIPOC in my work with members of marginalized communities.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
