I specialize in supporting those navigating life transitions (i.e. student life, academic adjustment, relationship concerns, employment transitions), anxiety disorders (including panic disorder), trauma (including C-PTSD), and chronic illness and/or chronic pain. I strive to build a safe and collaborative environment in which my clients can fully express their identities, perspectives, challenges, and goals.
My Background and Approach
My approach includes a variety of therapeutic interventions including attachment-based therapy, somatic interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. I have experience with modalities tailored to chronic pain and chronic illness, including CBT and ACT for chronic pain.
