These are all things within my practice that I want to support you in. I don't want you to be having these questions alone, and I want to be here with you.
My Background and Approach
I grew up in Minnesota as well as living and working on tall ships! My passion for connecting with others and with nature started to grow then and has continued to be a large part of my life. For the past two years, I have been going to school at Naropa University in the Wilderness Therapy program. I was inspired to be a therapist because I wanted to guide people in living their life in the most authentic way to them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am here to listen and help you. My therapeutic approach is one that is filled with understanding, creativity and non-judgement. Working with me will be a collaborative and flexible approach to therapy. I want to ensure that you feel empowered in and out of our sessions. I work with children, teens, and adults. I have worked with children and adults with autism, queer youth and adults, and in any of my work, I bring in the importance of noticing our connectiveness with the natural world.
