Sometimes, I’m in the trenches too. I know the effort, strength, and vulnerability it takes to find your footing again.

About My Clients

I work with people who feel like their “balance” is off—whether you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or just tired of feeling stuck. My heart is in helping first responders, first responder spouses, healthcare workers, and their families navigate the unique stressors they face. High-stress careers create ripples in every part of life, leading to anxiety, isolation, and frustration that can feel impossible to escape. But if you’ve found me and you’re not in a healthcare-related field, that’s okay.

My Background and Approach

I believe in a personalized approach to mental health that recognizes you as a whole person—not just your struggles. Together, we’ll explore the unique dynamics within yourself, your relationships, and your family. Using a systemic lens, I draw primarily from Bowen Family Systems Theory and Internal Family Systems to help you understand how these interactions shape your life. From there, I integrate other evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure our work is tailored to your specific needs and goals. When you walk into our sessions, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are—with empathy, understanding, and without judgment. Your journey is yours, and I’m here to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating relational challenges, personal struggles, or looking to find balance and well-being, we’ll work together to build resilience, foster growth, and create meaningful change.
