Ever hear anyone say “The one thing in in life I really enjoy is struggling with my anxiety/depression/low self-esteem/trauma/etc…” Of course not, that would be silly. But that’s what many people do, just that, struggle, fight and put their time and energy into focusing on something that they would swear to anyone who would listen that they don’t like in the first place. You deserve to get unstuck, move forward, or past things that have been taking up far more time in your life then you deserve.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the counseling profession for over 15 years. I specialize in addiction, trauma, and helping people deal with worries anxieties and fears in a judgement free environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to live their best life. What the best life is is different for everyone. However, what what people do not deserve is to have to continue to put time and energy into things that are holding them back from living that best life. I work with people in a judgment free environment to help them establish a path forward rather then staying stuck, using tactics and strategies that haven't worked for a long time or maybe never did.
