About My Clients
Human experiences such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, family of origin issues, relational issues, trauma, abuse, and neglect can often lead to feelings of being stuck, social isolation, struggles with meaning making and spirituality, unmet needs, lack of self-awareness, incongruence, and hopelessness. Counseling can be an amazing resource in such times because we all deserve to be heard and seen in a safe place.
My Background and Approach
I am a mental health counselor and I can provide that safe place for you. I am multilingual, fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. I view my clients from a multicultural and developmental model, in that I am attachment focused and employ other evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I am compassionate, empathetic, and committed to working alongside my clients to help them grow and heal.
