I am drawn to those who are in transition or processing a loss of some sort; of romantic relationships, careers, loss of family members, or grieving parenting they didn't receive. I love to work with people who are struggling with issues of self esteem, shame, and anxiety. I find it very rewarding to help individuals to develop a stronger relationship with themselves using self compassion and acceptance and then to help individuals empower themselves to make wanted changes.

An ideal client would be someone who is empathetic toward others and compassionate toward themselves and is open, coachable, and capable of accepting feedback. The process of therapy takes time and energy so having someone start the process of therapy with an open mind and a willingness to put in the work to see the process through is also helpful.
