I am passionate about providing therapeutic support for individuals who might be feeling alone or who do not have an outlet for their innermost thoughts and struggles. I incorporate humor and light-heartedness into my work with my clients, and as a dog mom myself, I love to hear about your furry friends! I hope to empower my clients to take the lead in their own journey and I cater my approaches specifically to the individual and their goals. I am here, to support you, as you invest in yourself!
I have worked with individuals with a wide range of ages - from adolescents to older adults, individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals involved in school and/or high stress jobs, and survivors of childhood, relationship, and experienced trauma - just to name a few! I firmly believe that therapy should be a comfortable and safe space, so I tailor my approach to what works and feels right for my client.
My ideal clients are motivated individuals who are navigating anxiety, relational and women's mental health issues, trauma, and significant life changes. They are looking to understand themselves better, overcome challenges, and lead more meaningful and authentic lives. I work with young adults and adults who are experiencing stress and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop getting caught in a spiral of distracting negative thoughts so that you can start being present in the here and now. Then you can more easily make choices that are consistent with your personal values and goals.
My clients often struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and recovery from addiction. I bring an open and warm presence to sessions, and I enjoy guiding people toward positive change and watching their lives flourish over time.
The populations I serve include individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, those struggling with depression and anxiety, and individuals lacking a sense of self. My humanistic practice focuses on empowering individuals to gain confidence in order to improve their quality of life.
My clients are anyone who presents me with an opportunity to help them. I believe in allowing my clients to drive the course of their path to treatment as they travel on their journey to healing. I serve as a personal coach to navigate to my clients while I embrace their ideas and support them through the process. I include a variety of activities and techniques to address some of the issues that are overwhelming and stressful in life.
I enjoy working with individuals aged 15 and older, especially those from the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating challenges like eating disorders. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, and my goal is to provide support, be a resource, and help clients navigate life in a positive way. My focus is on my clients’ well-being, whatever that may look like for them, and I aim to ensure they leave feeling just a little better than when they first arrived.

Everyone experiences distressing or overwhelming challenges at different points in life. Many people struggle to manage these inevitable difficulties, get stuck and then subsequently feel defined by their emotional pain. This can negatively impact relationships, ambitions, work and self-worth. I believe in people’s inherent right to live meaningful and joyful lives and in their ability to choose how to respond to life’s challenges.
