When I first meet with people, some of my first questions I might ask are: - What made you hit the "Search therapists" button? - Do you have difficulty making decisions? - Feel stuck or lost when it comes to your direction in this busy life you've got going on? - Do you feel like things are just simply, unmanageable? I want my clients to feel at home in my office and talking to me about all of these questions, the way you feel comfortable talking to your closest friends and confidants.

I mostly work with trans and polyamorous folks who are wanting to grow and improve their lives. You are good, and I believe that fear often clouds one’s goodness. So often blocks to wellness can be found in the parts of ourselves that we believe we must hide, shame, or disregard. Through shadow work and exploring the narratives that we live by, I work with my client's to reclaim their power and find wholeness.
In my work with individuals, I support those looking to address anxiety, stress management, trauma, gender, sexuality, and sex. As someone who lives with a chronic illness, I also personally understand the complexities of navigating the healthcare system. In my work with couples, I work with folks looking for support with relationship issues within monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationships. I’m also passionate about meeting the unique needs of neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ couples.
In addition to my clinical work with addictions, eating disorders, co-dependency and trauma. I am passionate about facilitating the personal and professional development of young therapists and clinicians. I am passionate about individual and group supervision and offer regular professional development seminars.
I am dedicated to supporting individuals facing not limited to depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My expertise extends to trauma and chemical dependency. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, ensuring a non-discriminatory and inclusive approach based on race, creed, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ability, or military status. If you're navigating these issues, I'm here to help you on your journey to healing and growth.
Maybe you have been living with depression and anxiety or feeling outcasted in life for as long as you can remember. Perhaps you're an adult who was recently given or self-diagnosed as neurodivergent. You could be an individual or couple seeking out new ways to build and maintain healthy intimacy or looking to explore your varying personal and sexual identities. No matter what brings you to therapy, I firmly believe that human connection is at the center of each of our lived experiences.

I work with adolescents and adults seeking support for stress, anxiety, autism, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes/transitions, LGBTQ+ and self-esteem. I specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing challenges related to recent life changes, academic/work/professional stress, relationship stress, and any symptoms of the mental health concerns listed above that impact a person’s quality of life.
When your relationship is suffering, you're suffering. Sometimes, incredibly so. Maybe the person you used to feel so close to now seems more like a distant stranger. Maybe a betrayal has left you outraged and alone. Maybe all the fighting and miscommunication makes you wonder at times what you ever saw in your partner at all. My clients are couples, individuals and families who want to love each other more fully and strengthen their bonds.
Are you a young person struggling to make decisions for yourself? Do you feel lost? Does the thought of adulthood overwhelm you? To unburden yourself of this pressure, it may help to talk to someone. Therapy is a space for you to open up without the fear of shame or rejection. I operate my practice based on three tenets: 1) I will listen to you 2) I will provide you with evidence-based tools for life 3) I will ask for your feedback. Together, we will look for ways to best cope with adult stress.
Do you feel isolated from others truly believing that recovery feels so far away that you lose motivation and energy to make solid changes? Do you feel disconnected, struggling to manage the addiction, struggling to love yourself, constantly on edge, trouble getting to sleep because the trauma thoughts won’t go away? These feelings may make you feel powerless and I want to be there to ease your suffering. I can teach you the tools and be there to help you find a way to take back your life.
I work with a range of clients at this time - aged between 14 - 62. I work with male identified, female identified, and non-binary clients across various slices of life. I work best with folks looking for a change or striving towards transition. My clients are often looking for tools to help them along the way while also seeking to better understand themselves and how their past affects their present day.

You may find yourself feeling like you are surrounded by a forest of pressures and uncertainty in your life or not knowing what or who you can rely on. Daily pressures may feel like you can't control your thoughts from going into a downward spiral. Feeling like you need to have all the answers, all of the time. Excessive pressures can leave you feeling like no matter what you do, you are letting others down or not meeting your own goals. It’s ok to let go, surrender, and allow help.
Have you felt let down by treatments that miss the mark or providers who just don’t get it? Are you tired of leaving parts of yourself at the door—your LGBTQ identity, neurodivergence, chronic illness, or cultural experiences? Jordan offers a compassionate, biopsychosocial-spiritual approach, inviting you to show up as your full, authentic self. You are worthy of care. You are welcome here.
Do you feel like your relationship has lost the connection that it once had? Have you found yourself struggling to be heard, understood and accepted by others? Do you find yourself in arguments with your partner that feel like the same one over and over again? If you have answered yes to any of these questions then you are not alone. I work with many clients who find themselves feeling stuck in life and their relationships without knowing what to do next.
Many of my clients express a deep longing to be known, but a simultaneous fear of being seen for who they are. Maybe you wonder how you got here: monitoring every bite of food that goes into your mouth or constantly checking your body in the mirror. You may have a lot of external markers of success and most people would have no idea how lonely and overwhelmed you feel inside and how hard it feels to get through the day.
I know from experience how important it is to create a safe, empowering and affirming therapy space, that will foster trust and allow us to acknowledge the nuances and beauties of your intersecting identities and unique inner self. I enjoy working with adults 18+ from diverse backgrounds and am committed to understanding your unique experience.

Most of my clients have known something is off for a long time. Perhaps it's a persistent challenge to finish projects, a tendency to double-book yourself, or an inability to read a room. Maybe it's the sense that you're working a lot harder than the people around you to make the same progress. What recent research tells us is that ADHD and Autism are up to 300% more common than previously believed. That means a lot of people have been missed, esp. women, AFAB, trans, NB, and POC folx.
I'm currently working with clients of all ages and identities within my affirming practice. My areas of special interest include LGBTQIA+ clients, pregnancy and postpartum, trauma and loss, gender identity and transition, sex and kink, blended families, disability, neurodivergence, and somatic experiencing. I am also available for case management, advocacy, and solution-focused consulting.
