I help people learn to forgive themselves for not being 'perfect' through eclectic evidence based modalities while also incorporating psychoeducation and lived experience – learning to give yourself the grace you deserve as well as increasing the ease with which you healthily cope with the stressors of life; To learn to create space for yourself and gain a sense of self acceptance and self actualization. I engage with you conversationally to create movement and change towards a healthy outcome .
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy to process grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, impulse control, gender identity, sexuality, and sexual health.
I have clinical training and experience in navigating issues stemming from complex PTSD, religious trauma, neurodiversity, gender identity exploration, and men’s issues. I also find that I work particularly well with the artistic and creative types; those who value expression in any of its forms.
Being human is messy and the relationships we have with ourselves and others can often feel even messier. However, you, through your lived experiences, have a significant amount of important data about what is working for you versus what is not. Together we can use that data and determine what variables have been supportive as well as what elements may need a revised approach.
You want to connect, but too often your efforts end with feeling more alone. There are many miscommunications and hurt feelings. You’re trying to be authentic – but it feels like you’re not heard - not really seen. The last thing you want is to set yourself up to be hurt again. Your plans and interests are little comfort when you feel so isolated and disconnected. Know that this is not how it has to be. You can have the relationships and experiences you want – not settling for what is available.

Struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or OCD can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I take a collaborative approach to help you understand what you’re going through, develop strategies that fit your life, and create meaningful change. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity. It’s about working together to build the skills and insight you need to feel more in control and move forward with confidence.
I specialize in supporting people with marginalized sexualities and relationships, including kink/BDSM, polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and general concerns with sex / sexual desire. I understand how strong the shame can be here; my main priority is making sure you feel deeply heard, understood, and accepted. Not just by me, but by all parts of yourself as well. My hope is to help clients fully integrate these parts, even (and especially) the hidden ones.
People typically come to therapy to improve themselves, their relationships, or both. I can help you work through and understand the mental and emotional root causes of your thoughts, feelings, fears, and anxieties. Sometimes, we must reexamine long-held beliefs to see if they still serve us. I can help you understand yourself and others better, deconstruct stressors, and build resilience in the face of difficulty. We'll harvest the past for wisdom but keep a moving forward future orientation.
