Some of my specialty areas include: LGBTQIA+, Perinatal mental health, Body image/fat liberation, and Consensual non-monogamy. I feel passionate about working with queer, transgender, and non-binary individuals who are on the path to parenthood. This includes those who may be carrying a child, thinking about conceiving, as well as non-birthing partners. Taking that step can feel scary and particularly polarizing in our binary filled world and I am here to hold and honor your space.
I work with gen alpha, genZ, millennials & genX individuals & relationships. I specialize in helping folks with ADHD, HSPs, low self-esteem, perfectionism, adulting, burnout, imposter syndrome, chronic illness, gender identity, communication struggles and relationship issues. I love working with couples, & other artists/creatives, LGBTIA+ & neurodivergent folks. My ideal client is curious, has a desire to raise self-awareness, and is ready to sift through the pieces of life's puzzle together
Our clients are the kind of folks who are ready to level up—not just their lives, but their relationships and their sense of self. They’re all about putting in the work, both in and out of sessions (yes, there’s homework, but it’s the good kind). They want a therapist who’s not just along for the ride, but right there in the trenches with them, working just as hard to create a safe, supportive space to grow.
I work well with clients on attachment, family of origin, relational needs, gender and sexuality, ENM, and IFS. I also love to work with other therapists. I am enthusiastic about working with individuals, dyads, or triads navigating interpersonal conflict. I have particular interests in working with people seeking support navigating ethically non-monogamous relationships, complicated family dynamics, and life transitions. I’m passionate about health at every size and practice within a body liberation framework. I’m interested in working with people seeking to challenge their conditioning around food, movement, and body image.
Are you feeling stuck and in need of a change? Are you struggling with an underlying worry? Do you find yourself with little motivation to form and maintain relationships with friends and family? There may be something else, perhaps that is difficult to put into words. Sometimes, when it comes to dealing with personal and relational difficulties, we struggle with how to cope, who to talk to and what to say. This is where I can help. Let's work together to overcome what's been holding you back.
You’ve spent a lot of your life just “getting through it”. But now that you’re through it (at least mostly), your past seems to be catching up to you. Your relationships with significant others, friends, family, and even yourself seem to be challenging. You’re realizing now that maybe “just getting through it” wasn’t enough. Slowing down is really difficult, but it’s time. This can feel scary to take on alone and I can support you on your healing journey.
As someone who identifies as queer and polyamorous, I understand what challenges come with these identities. When practicing polamory, we are often unprepared for the difficulties that arise when living in a mononormative society. Together we can navigate if you or you and your partner(s) find yourselves with insecure attachment styles impacting your your relationship(s), are having difficulty managing boundaries, or need help dismantling couple's privlege.
I support individuals and couples as they tune in to their inner voice, strengthen their sense of self, and ultimately find comfort in expressing their wants and needs. We will explore the root causes of some of the patterns in your life and strive for self-discovery and growth. I will help you to identify and ultimately challenge negative self-talk that has likely impacted your view of self and led to negative coping behaviors.

Are you confused about the direction of your life? You have experienced many ups and downs causing you to be unsure about trusting yourself? I know exactly what you're feeling; procrastinating, easily agitated, isolating and not knowing who you are. Learning about who you are at the core can be terrifying, but I don't want you go through this experience alone. Holistic practices can assist with becoming more present and regulated while letting go of false identities and beliefs we may have.
Some people move through life feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or “out of body.” At Resilience Lab I hold space for them to process personal and/or intergenerational trauma so they can heal, connect with others, and live more freely. The people who resonate with my approach the most are soul searchers, creatives, and anyone looking to buck societal expectations. They might be exploring their sexuality, relationship with substances, or pieces of their identity they’ve been repressing.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience working with clients of all ages. I enjoy working with children as young as 4, adolescents, college-age clients, and adults alike. I am equipped to help clients who are experiencing symptoms related to depression, anger, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, divorce, substance abuse, relationships, behavioral concerns, sexuality and gender exploration (LGBTQIA+), academic or school issues, and phase of life adjustment or transitions.
My clients want to find connection in their lives, but they are struggling to do so. I work with people who have found that other therapists don’t quite understand them. I am honored to be the open and non-judgmental professional they are seeking. My clients have faced stigma, limited family support, depression, anxiety or trauma while navigating the complexities of sexuality, gender and relationships. Some have lost important relationships due sexual urges or behaviors that feel out of control.
We welcome individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Together, we will uncover the origins of your struggles, work through deep-seated feelings, and create new behaviors to replace unproductive patterns. The goal is to empower you to use self-awareness to your advantage, rather than letting it work against you, as you learn to navigate life’s challenges and embrace opportunities with clarity and poise.

My ideal clients ultimately need someone in their life who listens to them, empowers them and believes they can do great things.
