Every relationship comes with its fair share of issues. Navigating the complexities of life together is hard enough, but when you start to feel regularly distressed or hopeless, about your relationship, it may be time to seek professional help. No matter what your issues seem to stem from (disagreements about money, sex, stress, chronic illness, mental illness, infidelity, trust, emotional distance, parenting etc.), if you and your partner are arguing more frequently and experiencing feelings of resentment or contempt, it is likely that there are some underlying problems to address. Because many problems in relationships are a result of communication issues, a qualified mental health therapist can teach you to find new ways of talking to each other to help you find your way back to common ground. I treat clients seeking to improve their symptoms, how they feel about themselves, their relationships, and/or quality of life. My clients present with a wide range of mental health difficulties (anxiety, low mood, trauma, obsessions and rituals, unresolved grief), relationship problems (difficulty socializing, breakups, divorce, infidelity, and parenting) and occupational difficulties (mild TBI, procrastination, burnout). Clients I work with include neurodivergent people and ethnic minorities.

As a psychotherapist I often work with men who are navigating various life challenges. My clientele primarily are dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship or intimacy issues. These are men from all walks of life who may feel overwhelmed by their emotions, trapped in negative thought patterns, or struggle with interpersonal connections.
Online Therapy
I work with adult individuals, couples, and adult groups (think: adult child and parent, adult siblings, friends, etc). I do not work with teens or children. My typical clients are interested in working through issues, invested in their growth, and are open to exploring deeper issues of life and what it means to be them. I am strongly relational in my work with clients, providing feedback, insight, and guidance in a nonjudgmental way.
