As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work best with relationships. I'm most passionate about working with intimate partnerships, no matter their status or structure. I have a special interest in working with non-normative relationships (non-monogamy, polyamory, kink/BDSM). On an individual level, I love working with sex (erotic energy, desire, etc.), sexual orientation, and gender (identity and expression). Pretty much anything that intersects with sexuality is my jam, normative or otherwise.

Responsibilities of daily life can be stressful, relationships challenging, life transitions happen when we least expect; and this is all HARD. Perhaps you have tried podcasts, self-help books, or even Tic Tok looking for advice. Lifes sh*t isn’t easy. There are things you can do in this very moment to begin healing. Reach out and connect with me…take this first step!
I have a passion for working with adults and children as they navigate challenging issues, especially during periods of transition and uncertainty. Whether you are struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, or parenting issues, we can work together.
Life can be chaotic and make us feel unsure about ourselves and lonely and disconnected in our valued relationships. I specialize in working with people who need space to process life's challenges and who want to improve connection in their most valued relationships.
I empower individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, shame, low self-esteem & communication issues to find deep, wholehearted contentedness and inner-freedom. Using a feminist, anti-racist, trauma-informed, gender & sexuality affirming lens, my goal is to help you grow in love with yourself and your people. You are deserving of your love, and contentment and joy in your relationships is absolutely attainable.

I enjoy working with teen and adult clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, eating disorders, parenting challenges, conflict resolution, boundaries and self-esteem issues. I believe with non-judgmental emphatic listening and the trust within therapeutic relationship, people have the inherent motivation to improve themselves and change their unhealthy behaviors, thoughts.
I believe in Dr. Stephen Shore’s quote, “If you’ve met one person with autism, you’ve met one person with autism.” If you are looking for growth or emotional healing and have an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis (ASD), or share attributes with ASD, I would love to help! I practice mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, ages 11 to 111. You can meet with me outdoors via walk and talk/outdoor seated therapy, or by traditional telehealth/in-office therapy.
I see life as a mosaic of experiences, and we all do the best we can with what we know at the time. But sometimes, anxiety, depression or the simple challenges of daily life can hold people back from living the fullest, best story of their life. My goal as a therapist is to explore and bring to light a person’s inner strengths, so they can overcome their personal obstacles and enjoy better, more productive lives and relationships.
My clients are often either grieving, caring for a parent or spouse, or experiencing their own chronic or terminal illness. Many of my clients are adult children caring for an aging parent. Oftentimes I help families have hard conversations about end-of-life decisions and potential moves into residential long-term care. It's true, there is always something more pleasant to talk about. And these conversations need to happen, too.
I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues related to sexuality, intimacy and communication, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, OCD), and diverse sexual interests. My favorite work is with people who feel they don't fit the mold. I generally work with clients to find strength and value in their uniqueness. Clients have appreciated my curious and engaging style in therapy sessions that balances directness with deep respect.

Children learn to express their feelings, teens tackle life transitions, and adults manage daily stressors. I provide a warm, safe space for exploration and growth, empowering each person to develop resilience and self-awareness. Together, we’ll create a path toward your goals and cultivate a brighter future.
Are you looking for guidance while working through anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and stress reduction? I strive to create a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive environment for healing. My goal is to build trusting relationships to meet you where you're at in your therapeutic journey. You can overcome the challenges you may be facing today and live a happier and more fulfilling life.
Do you feel like the important people in your life don't really know you? On the surface, things may seem to be going well, but deep down you’ve felt anxious and down for a long time. Work, relationships, and responsibilities keep piling up, and you don’t know how to keep going or who to turn to. Each day feels like a battle and you realize that something needs to change. If this sounds like you, I am here to help.
Clients often come to me wanting support in managing the overwhelm in their lives. We live in such a fast-paced, over-stimulating and often judgmental world, and I provide a safe haven for clients to explore who they truly are. This enables them to make day to day choices that help them show up as themselves in their lives, and take control of their futures. I especially work well with clients with anxiety disorders, borderline personality and depression.
Are you hurting, lost, alone? Overwhelmed by life's challenges? Losing sight of your hopes and dreams? Maybe you're not even sure where to begin. Let's talk about it. My strength as a therapist lies in helping you work through the anger, brokenness, and heartache that's difficult even to talk about, the darkness that's hiding the path that you were always meant to find.

I enjoy working with clients who want to find new ways to navigate life’s challenges as well as their mental health symptoms. They may be struggling with symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, trauma processing and triggers, interpersonal relationships, or addiction behaviors such as excessive spending, eating, or holding on to items that are affecting their well-being. Clients may want to identify patterns that are holding them back from the life they want.
I work with adults and teenagers as young as 14yo. I enjoy working with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. I also have specialized experience working with people in the LGBTQ+ community, along with people diagnosed with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Phobias, and Substance Use Disorders.
My practice honors people from marginalized and oppressed communities (Black, Brown, Indigenous People of Color, people with disabilities, Queer community), sex positivity, kink, poly/open relationship orientations, grief/loss/transition, college student mental health, neurodiversity, white accountability, and earth-based spiritual traditions. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are new to and/or unsure if counseling is the best option for their well-being.
