I have had the honor of working with survivors of violence, especially those impacted by sexual assault, offering trauma-informed support. I specialize in grief and loss, particularly when that loss is tied to trauma. My work extends to young adults facing the complexities of emerging adulthood and professionals experiencing burnout, offering guidance through life transitions, self-discovery, and the healing process. I guide people feeling out of balance toward a sense of calm and clarity. My clients might be exploring their relationship with substances, seeking more work-life balance, or looking for a more embodied way to manage stress and anxiety than traditional talk therapy can offer.
I work with people who feel alienated, or like they don't belong. Addiction, substance use disorders, and trauma are special interests of mine. Since I’m a queer therapist with a mixed background, I also align well with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, or who are struggling with their cultural identities. As a result of therapy, my clients feel more connected to themselves, to their communities, and to the world around them.
