Counseling is for everyone. Whether processing the past, finding contentment in the present, or looking at goals towards the future - I am so proud of you. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, exploring what it is to be in the quarter life stage and how to become your own person. From just entering high school to graduating from your grad degree program, or navigating independence - there is so much to process in our emerging adulthood. You are worth listening to.
My clients are queer, non-traditional, and those who feel like misfits in mainstream spaces. They seek depth, self-awareness, and meaningful growth in their relationships and personal lives. Many navigate identity, unconventional partnerships, or breaking free from societal norms. I provide a space where they can explore without judgment, challenge limiting patterns, and build confidence in their authenticity. Together, we create new ways of relating, healing, and embracing their full selves.
You feel like you and your partner are disconnected from each other due to trauma, family, past relationships, communication breakdowns, and/or misunderstandings filling the space between you. You have become so lost in your disconnection that you are struggling to find a way back to the relationship. You want to be able to re-connect on a deeper, more intimate level and help silence the ghosts from the past that continue to separate you. You want to be able to feel love, trust, and safe again.
Are you struggling with a hard life transition you weren’t expecting? Are you wishing you had more coping strategies for your symptoms of anxiety or depression? Do you wish you had someone to talk to while feeling free of judgement or expectations? Are you wanting to play a more active role in your own life? Do you need support for your grief? Are you struggling LGBTQIA2S+ issues? I am here for it!
If you're feeling lost, disconnected, or struggling to find your groove in the world: I hear you. I bet there are also ways that you are yearning to express yourself; to be deeply seen and supported. Are you hoping to show up in relationships authentically? Embrace parts of your identity that are exciting and scary unknowns? Make sense of past experiences? I'm here to hold space for whatever is present for you - whether it's mental health stuff, gender/sexuality, or life in general.

Between and within humans, multiple perspectives exist, and what is discovered depends on how observing happens. This understanding has led to my intense compassion for human suffering, and delight in the unique paths forged. It is possible to ultimately drop attachments contributing to suffering, in order to experience the innately loving conscious beings we are. Here the focus is less on "right and wrong" and more on the wise discernment of what ACTUALLY contributes to suffering.
My ideal clients are interested in exploring their relationship with drugs, alcohol, and/or sexual behavior. Wherever you are in the change process, we'll work together to develop insight, set achievable goals. My clients are motivated to live life to their fullest potential, and I'm proud to support them in exploring some of the maladaptive coping tools that have gotten in the way. Looking forward to chatting with you!
Mindfulness has the capacity to catalyze transformational change in a human being. I walk with my clients on this journey and provide the support and compassion they need to feel safe and process their trauma. Liberation from negative emotions and behavioral patterns is possible, let's realize it together. A good match between client and therapist is critical for all talk therapy. I offer free consultation to go over my process and to get to know each other so you can decide if we are a good fit
Are looking for support with relationship issues? Relationships can provide the most meaningful and inspiring experiences of our lives - they can also be the most painful and confusing moments we ever endure. Whether you are in a committed relationship, navigating the beginning or end of a relationship, or just looking for help with dating - I can help.
I enjoy facilitating reconnection from a place of playfulness and open curiosity. The types of clients I typically work with are those struggling with identity, family wounds, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, LGBTQA+ issues, relational struggles, and those who do not feel they fit into a prescribed box.

I view my clients as the experts of their own lives, experience(s), and self. I believe we each carry the "answer(s)" we need most within, but are not always taught how to get there or how to tune in with ourselves. During our time together, you will be given an opportunity to explore and "be with" yourself in potentially deeper and new ways. I believe the exploration of self is interwoven with the unfolding of our life.
I have tailored my education specifically for working with couples and have a passion for helping people in love better express their feelings for one another. I also work with individuals and have a passion for helping clients contend with depression, anxiety, processing trauma, and the natural challenges of life transitions.
I love supporting individuals & partners who are in a phase of growth! If you are: seeking to transform your relationship and communication skills; creating space to reclaim your connection with pleasure and joy; working on freeing yourself from patterns that no longer serve you; experiencing a radical shift in your identity, beliefs, or relationships. I would be honored to work with you! I am queer-friendly, neurodivergence-informed, sex-positive, kink-competent, and poly-affirming.
My area of focus is helping people experiencing PTSD, with a specialty in childhood trauma and sexual assault. Additionally I am passionate about supporting those experiencing chronic pain. I also enjoy supporting people during transitions and times of stress as well as helping my clients to navigate their relationships.
My clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, parents and holders of many identities struggling to show up in a way that's consistent with their values. Whether individuals or couples, most of my clients are seeking to be more fully themselves. I work with folks navigating relationships that run the gamut from the one with themselves, the one with their child(ten), to decades-long marriages to ethical non-monogamy.

As a therapist, I enjoy working with a wide breadth of the human experience. I love supporting teens, adults, individuals, and partners with a broad range of concerns, including depression and anxiety, sex and relationship challenges, trauma and attachment wounding, identity exploration, and grief & loss. As a queer and intersex woman, I particularly enjoy working with other members of the LGBTQIA+ community and have intimate understanding of some challenges this community faces.
Goofy goobers. People pleasers. Overthinkers. People with bad therapy experiences or narrow view of therapy. Anyone who has ever been told their emotions are "too big" or are "too much" for people. Intuitives. People who are interested in making friends with their pain rather than fighting. People who understand memes are a love language. The manifesters and meditators who's facial expressions get them in trouble. Big personalities stuck in capitalism. People too afraid to take up space.
