I am passionate about my work with teenagers, young adults, and older adults who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties. I work with couples who avoid conflict and feel lonely in their partnership, and those who fight frequently and find conflict escalates quickly. Usually, they are high-functioning professionals (think lawyers, physicians, leaders, engineers, scientists) and look completely fine on the outside, yet - suffer in silence.
My clients are trans, non-binary, and queer people who have experienced trauma, survived gender-based harm, or not felt accepted in a vital relationship, often with a caregiver or partner. Sometimes they are healing from a relationship that was clearly traumatic: an abusive partner or violent parent. Other times, childhood just felt confusing, lonely, or hard. And some simply hold an identity that others feel entitled to invalidate and oppress.

I specialize and have years of experience treating all themes of OCD and anxiety (panic attacks, health anxiety, driving anxiety, phobia's,) as well as other OC spectrum disorders such as body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), and body-focused-repetitive-behaviors (BFRB's) like skin picking and hair pulling.
