I work primarily with older teens, young adults and adults. Many of the client's I have worked with experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, family conflict, low self-esteem, or eating disorders.
One of the things I love most is to witness a break through. Helping my clients realize that they're not what they've done in the past, and that there are other ways to view themselves, and the world. I thoroughly enjoy helping people identify their strengths and creating an environment where my clients feel comfortable enough to process through their issues.
