Do you ever feel stuck—like no matter what you try, you can’t seem to break free from the same patterns in your life? Whether it's in your relationships, your self-worth, or your overall well-being, feeling stuck can be exhausting and confusing. You may feel not good enough, emotional overwhelm or even cut off from your emotions. You might not even know why you feel this way or how these cycles keep repeating, but they leave you feeling trapped. Let's uncover what's keeping you stuck!
Let’s work together to get your life back! My specialties include working with those who have suffered from abuse, neglect, sexual assault, or incest. Familial conflict, Borderline Personality Disorder, and trauma are areas in that I have advanced training as well. I hold a certification in DBT and have worked with people aged 4-70!
Clients who are drawn to my practice include people who are brand new to therapy and those who have tried traditional approaches and are interested in a somatically-integrative, holistic, mind-body approach. This includes people who are grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, co-occurring mental and physical health symptoms, life transitions (e.g., transition to parenting, job or relationship), spiritual questions, and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

I have a passion for supporting partners, families, and individuals in the queer community and who identify as neurodivergent. I am adept at supporting growth addressing trauma, self-esteem, gender identity, sexuality, executive functioning, and relationship dynamics. I support you and your relationships through a collaborative and strength-based approach. I value your lived experience.
My work focuses largely on people dealing with anxiety, going through life transitions, or exploring issues of gender and sexuality. I help people in relationships come back into connection with each other, and individuals come into connection with themselves. I especially enjoy working with people who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and/or in nontraditional relationship structures.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, past trauma, or navigating the complexities of motherhood, I’m here to help. I specialize in working with women who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual assault, and perinatal mood disorders. My approach is warm, supportive, and understanding—providing a safe space for you to heal and grow.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
