I have experience supporting gender diverse and queer people of all ages in their transitions and as they navigate family dynamics and reckon with the effects of oppression. Anxiety and Depression are logical responses to bullying and systemic oppression, but I love helping people develop alternate, more preferred responses. It is a delight to support you in reclaiming power and joy as you move more fully into your authentic self.
