About My Clients
I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety or relationship issues, who are often facing a major life transitions or needing to heal from past trauma. I have more telehealth openings than in-person availability. If you've never tried online therapy, I would encourage you to give it a try. Many people enjoy the convenience, privacy and flexibility it allows. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important, and I find we can do that just as effectively through telehealth.
My Background and Approach
I'm a master's level social worker with many years of experience helping others to heal and improve their lived experiences. I'm trained to provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ADHD assessment and treatment, and Somatic (mind-body) Trauma techniques, among other therapeutic modalities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When you’re ready to start your healing journey, therapy can help you find your path to a more intentional, fulfilling life. I take a mindful, trauma-informed, harms-reduction approach to therapy. As a neurodivergent, LGBTQ provider, I particularly enjoy working with ADHD and autism, and folks from the queer community. I look forward to working with you!
