I work with adults experiencing difficulty with anxiety and mood disorders. They want to step out of their comfort zone, use their thoughts and strengths to address life's changes and cultivate interpersonal resolutions. More importantly, they are willing to collaborate to bring healing and wellness into their lives. As a result, they are willing to do the work, offer themselves grace as they navigate life, and understand that change will take time.

I work with clients who are trying to understand how to accept themselves and are looking to create a strong therapeutic relationship with a counselor. I help individuals, couples, relationship partners, and adult family members build more confidence and trust in themselves and with others. Clients often begin treatment longing for more connection with themselves, and more effectiveness in their relationships. They may have experienced a chaotic upbringing or relationship traumas in the past, and are frustrated with their history continuing to impact their present. We work toward building increased freedom, meaning, and joy in their lives.
At Resilience Lab my clients are people navigating life transitions, learning to love their bodies, or questioning their gender identity and/or sexual orientation. Our time together might look like healing trauma, reconnecting with family, or using mindfulness exercises to create more bodily awareness. Through this process, I spend time with clients to discover the values and pieces of their identity making them who they are.
