I provide individual therapy to adults. I employ next layer healing with many of my clients, who have already had success utilizing therapeutic techniques to target specific symptoms. Despite this success and progress, they often still feel that something is out of alignment. Using an integrative and holistic approach, I help clients work towards a deeper layer of healing that gets to the root of judgments and negative messages they have received through the human experience.

Typically my clients are seeking deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships. Perhaps they've tried other methods like talk therapy alone but are looking for a new approach. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) myself, I specialize in working with other HSPs. As a member of the queer community, it has been important and fulfilling to me to support LGBTQ+ clients throughout my career. I am in training to become a Certified Body Trust Provider, meaning I help clients work on their relationship with food and themselves from a weight-inclusive, health-at-every-size stance. Additional areas of focus include anxiety, grief, relationships, stress management, and self-care.

I work with adults and young adults age 17 and above. Among my focuses of treatment are art therapy, adjustment to life transitions, trauma-informed practices, couples/relationship work, family systems approaches, perinatal mood disorders, CBT, women's empowerment, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I frequently provide therapy for fellow therapists, healthcare workers, college students, couples, and adults of all genders who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My clients present with a wide range of mental health difficulties (anxiety, low mood, trauma, obsessions and rituals, unresolved grief), relationship problems (difficulty socializing, breakups, divorce, infidelity, and parenting) and occupational difficulties (mild TBI, procrastination, burnout). Clients I work with include neurodivergent people and ethnic minorities.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients including LGBTQIA+ individuals, individuals experiencing anxiety, and those experiencing life transitions such as progression into adulthood, going to college, and other life events.
