At times, emotions can feel all-consuming and get in the way of what we want or care about most in our lives. I do a lot of work with clients processing grief and those struggling with addiction. I also treat clients with depression, anxiety, stress due to major life changes, anger management and relationship issues. I have a special interest in serving survivors and victims of sexual traumas and abuse. In a culture where victim blaming runs rampant, when we talk and process our experiences the light is able to shine in and we as a society move closer to a world where survivors do not need to live in shame. I am also a trained Doula and love to work with the perinatal and postpartum community. I am especially interested in exploring traumatic birth stories and supporting this healing journey.
