I specialize in supporting women, parents, and children through life’s challenges. I help women with self-esteem, stress, relationships, and growth, parents with communication and family dynamics, and children with anxiety, behavior, and emotional development, fostering resilience and well-being.

I enjoy working with individuals aged 15 and older, especially those from the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating challenges like eating disorders. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, and my goal is to provide support, be a resource, and help clients navigate life in a positive way. My focus is on my clients’ well-being, whatever that may look like for them, and I aim to ensure they leave feeling just a little better than when they first arrived.

At times, emotions can feel all-consuming and get in the way of what we want or care about most in our lives. I use evidence-based practices to support children, teens, and young adults in coping with difficult experiences—such as anxiety, OCD, depression and behavioral challenges. I also provide parents with strategies to help their children experiencing challenges. I currently work at McLean Hospital in the School Consultation Service and help schools improve the mental health services provided to youth. I believe in setting clear therapy goals and using very effective, short-term therapy tools to help you feel better quickly, relating to issues including anxiety, PTSD, depression, and life stressors, as well chronic health issues including TBI and stroke recovery. I created a sleep disorders program offering comprehensive evaluations and interventions for issues including insomnia, PAP adherence, circadian dysregulation, and chronic nightmares.
I do a lot of work with clients processing grief and those struggling with addiction. I also treat clients with depression, anxiety, stress due to major life changes, anger management and relationship issues. Together we will address these concerns, focusing on understanding how they impact your day-to-day, while working on finding relief and ways to grow.
