As a counselor, life coach, and business/executive coach, I see clients that are either struggling in one or two areas or are ready for overall change. I have significant experience working with people through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self image, grief, and body image among others. Most of my clients feel stuck and are unsure of how to move forward and gain momentum towards their healing and goals. I act in partnership with you to create the lasting change you desire.
