I begin the process with a 30-minute virtual consult to see if I would be a good fit as your counselor. Studies suggest that the biggest indicator of success early in treatment is a great personality match between therapist and client. I will spend time getting details about your case, and you get to decide if I’m the right clinician for you.

I work with patients that span the age range from 6 to 100. Beyond medication management, I use a blend of therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (for anxiety and depression), Exposure Response Prevention (for OCD), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (for Trauma) and Solution-Focused Therapy (for immediate improvement and better outcomes).
