Haunting memories, anxiety, sleep problems, or depression are limiting your life in a way you can no longer compromise? Whether the distant past or recent personal/professional painful experiences - they just can't quit you. The unique challenges of those who work in mental health, veterinary, medical, and frontline fields can make cultivating mental health important and complicated. It's hard to seek help when you are the helper... Is the need to do it all yourself prolonging your suffering?

I do my best work with people 18 and older trying to improve the most important relationships there are--the ones with themselves and their romantic partners. This often looks like anxiety and depression individually, and feeling unable to communicate effectively in intimate relationships. I love using a mind/body/spirit approach to those open to it, always with the goal of helping people feel more confident, better able to set boundaries, and be more at peace in their own skin and homes.
Whether you're feeling haunted by your past, anxious about aging or death, or simply reflecting on your life and seeking change, you've come to the right place. In our sessions, I foster a space for self-discovery, helping my clients gain clarity and address what holds them back. It’s a privilege to witness my clients as they tap into their courage, creativity, and responsibility, guiding them toward more fulfilling lives and deeper, more meaningful relationships.
Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns—whether in relationships, with substances, or in a loop of negative thoughts? Maybe it feels like you’re replaying the same old script, no matter how hard you try. I can help you shift painful patterns and move in a new direction -- together, we’ll build self-agency, inner harmony, and a path forward that truly aligns with your values. I have specialized experience working with the recovery and LGBTQ+ communities (and their loved ones).
