About My Clients
My most frequent clients present with depressive and/or anxiety disorders. Many clients also suffer grief from losing a loved one or challenges adjusting to major life changes. Clients are age 11 and older.
My Background and Approach
Alexis Powers is a licensed graduate professional counselor, certified trauma professional who provides treatment for life adjustments, stress management, and clinical psychiatric conditions. She sees clients age 11 and up, with a particular focus in young adults and adults approaching retirement age.
