Are you feeling stuck or experiencing overwhelmed more than you’re used to or know how to cope with? I know how it feels and it can seem like it’s never going to get better. It might feel hopeless or scary but there is hope that you’ll end the cycle.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and other trauma related issues. Together we will navigate difficulties, challenges and transitions in order to help you live a more whole life. We will use our time together using CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness based therapies and motivational interviewing to reframe negative beliefs and develop new habits to replace old ones that no longer serve you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
So many factors can impact a persons mental health. I’m prepared to hold space for you while you navigate injustice based on race, gender, status and faith. You do not have to feel like you need to convince me or over explain your experiences, you will always be believed and supported in my office.
