My Background and Approach
With more than 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns. My eclectic approach to therapy draws from various evidence-based modalities, including Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and psychoeducation.
