My Background and Approach
Providers come from an integrated and mindfulness based cognitive therapy approach. We believe you have what’s needed already inside of you, but sometimes we all need help recognizing connections and patterns and exploring healthy coping skills. Certified EMDR provider, specializing in complex trauma and grief available. Some of us have experience working in palliative care and recognize the value of experiencing meaningful growth and healing before it’s too late! We embrace the mind body connection in our practice. Your thoughts and emotions matter. You are good enough.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone experiences peace and joy differently. Thoughts and feelings are not good or bad in of themselves, but rather often a messenger or protector- notice them, don’t judge them. It’s important to not only feed your healing and growth, but also to prune things that no longer nourish you. Sometimes our breath is all we need- one breath at a time.
