About My Clients
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with teens and adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, unhealthy or unsatisfying relationships, life transitions (e.g. college, empty nest, new parenthood, retirement, divorce, etc), and grief/ loss. I also specialize in trauma work and supporting adults with issues related to aging, parenting/caregiver stress, and phase of life concerns.
My Background and Approach
First and foremost, I believe that the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work is a trusting and authentic relationship between you and your therapist. I would describe my style as collaborative, open, and warm. My aim is to provide you with practical and adaptable support within a nonjudgemental space to allow your growth and healing to occur. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your individual treatment goals and needs. These include CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness approaches.
