My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received my M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill CA. I have a passion for working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also enjoy working with people who identify as LGBTQIA+. I am kink-friendly and would welcome clients who are exploring this for themself. Creating a safe space that allows you to explore how you feel and what you need in your life, I tailor therapy to your needs, using a client-centered approach. This approach draws on evidence-based therapies, including CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR to help you live more authentically and create a life that you truly enjoy.
