I love to work with people who are on a journey of self-introspection and discovery. My work experiences include treatment of eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, grief, histories of trauma, and perfectionism.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. I am trained in ACT, an evidence-based treatment model that utilizes acceptance, upholding values, and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and EFT (emotions-focused therapy). I have worked in schools, hospitals, and treatment centers.
