About My Clients
Are you battling past trauma, unhealthy relationships, stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Well let’s talk, sometimes you need someone to support and validate your feelings and experiences, other times you need someone who can challenge I take an individualized approach in working with clients by providing a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where growth, self-exploration and positive change can occur. I strongly believe you have the skills needed to fulfill life goals.
My Background and Approach
Through our work together, you can develop confidence in your ability to manage daily struggles. I help individuals find their true self when they strip away their roles of mother and partner. You can be more self-compassionate and slow down to enjoy the small moments in life. With therapy you can learn the tools to recognize and change the self-sabotaging thinking and behaviors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I provide a safe space for all to share the impact of our community and how it role in plays in their life and mental health. I also support the Black Lives Matter movement in doing so I continue to provide a safe space for all people to speak about issues related to power, privilege, and prejudice, while celebrating the identity and accomplishments of fellow Black community members and other minority groups.
