My Background and Approach
My main theoretical approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, however I integrate a variety of perspectives to best meet the needs of my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can benefit from having individual time to process thoughts, grieve losses, and understand how past experiences shape our current lives. I'm grateful for the opportunity to provide a safe place for clients to be transparent, set goals and role play new coping skills.
