Through evidence-based therapy, I help them gain confidence, clarity, and the skills to thrive.

My Background and Approach

I’m Hailey Shelton, MA, LPC-A, a therapist passionate about helping young adults build confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. With experience in inpatient hospital settings, I’ve witnessed the strength of the human spirit and believe that, with the right tools, individuals can regain control of their lives. My approach is structured yet flexible, allowing clients to lead while maintaining focus on personal growth. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients regulate emotions, develop self-awareness, and create lasting change. My work is client-centered, recognizing individuality and tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. I provide a safe, supportive space where young adults feel heard and understood as they navigate identity, relationships, and life transitions. If you're facing challenges, I’m here to guide you toward clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
