About My Clients
I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, gender and sexuality exploration, and relationship struggles. I also see couples who are looking for support in managing conflict, communication, and unconventional relationship structures like polyamory and non-monogamy.
My Background and Approach
I come to this space with a background in community organizing, community accountability, teaching, and housing justice work. I have a B.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy and I received my MSW from Boston College in 2024. In my practice, I weave together elements of narrative therapy, art therapy, DBT, SFT, EFT, somatics and trauma-informed care. I work with clients to clarify their personal values and align their lives to those values in an environment free of shame and judgement. I've facilitated accountability groups for white people engaging in anti-racism work, and I'm passionate about supporting people in deepening their capacity for accountability so that they may be in more right relationship with themselves and their communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The therapeutic relationship is a powerful container for personal growth and change. My goal is to co-create a therapeutic home that you can come back to after a hard week of doing hard things. This is a space that is rooted in values of anti-oppression, dignity, accountability, and joy. Please reach out if this resonates with you.
