About My Clients
I work with people struggling with ADHD symptoms, anxiety and depression. I've worked with people from all walks of life from reality TV stars, Hollywood makeup artists, polyamorous people, trans and nonbinary people to multimillionaire entrepreneurs. New parents struggling with the transition into parenthood is also an area I've worked. Everyone has their issues to work out no matter how rich or poor they are. We all struggle with something at some point in our lives and I'm here to help you.
My Background and Approach
I'm only here to be the facilitator between the current version of yourself, and the self you'd like to become. We live in a world full of flawed humans, and I'm just as flawed as the next, but I'll be there to help you wade through the muck of life. I work from a social justice and person centered lens so my approach is tailored to each individual person. There's no cookie cutter approach with me. Digging deep makes you uncomfortable, no worries. You hold the shovel. We'll go as slow as you need to. Ready to jump in, let's go! Just need a vent sesh and validation while you eat breakfast, I've got two ears. You prefer homework, I've got worksheets. I go where you need to take me for that season of life so let me help you figure out your stuff. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person has a unique gift to offer the world. Everyone should have the opportunity to determine their own path in this life. Therapy should be a collaborative approach and the goals should be yours alone. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and support sex work as being recognized as legitimate work. I'm an advocate for the rights of all people and work to actively and outwardly portray that in my personal and professional life.
