My Background and Approach
I work with adult individuals across a wide scope of mental health challenges environmental stressors and trauma. I use an integrative approach combining; EMDR, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused (CFT) & Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) treatments for trauma, and wide scope of mental health challenges & stress. I also provide coaching for parents, guiding individuals plans and families towards successful outcomes
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When we treat ourselves with compassion, we become agents of positive change for ourselves and in the world at large. I believe that the most important work we can do is improving the relationship we have with ourselves. When we improve the relationship to ourselves, our relationship with our environment improves including our relationship to: (people, places and things)
