About My Clients
Have you been overwhelmed by the things life has thrown at you? Do you feel you mind being pulled in different directions? Are you finding it hard to love yourself? I help my clients manage their anxiety and help avoid getting burnt out by re-establishing a life balance. Together we'll work on finding out what hasn't been working for you. We'll identify the needs of your mind, body, and environment to help you regain that stability. I also incorporate some mindfulness and positive psychology
My Background and Approach
I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology where I also received certification in women and gender studies. I completed my Masters in counseling in 2018 and have been working in the field ever since. I have had the pleasure of working with both teens and adults working through mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression as well as trauma and addiction. I take a hands-on approach with clients, as we work to process the stressors in your life we will actively work on finding the tools that will help you manage these triggers to allow you to regain control.
