I have worked with people from a wide ranges of cultures, ages, and backgrounds. I am an open communicator who values transparency of the process.My hope and expectation is that my clients come exactly as they are; messiness and all. Life transitions, relationships, and past events can be complicated and hard to piece together on your own. Talking through these issues with another person can bring new perspective and energy.

I try to match my approach in order to meet the needs of the client.Some prefer a more directive/guided therapy, whereas others need space to sit with big questions. We will work together to figure out your goals, needs, and areas you would like to heal or explore! My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Prior to my career shift to therapy, i dedicated much of my time to working with communities on the margins and working with communities to advocate for social justice. These experiences have formed my approach to therapy. The idea that this is a collaborative effort, and my client is the best expert in their life. In working with a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds, I am a firm believer in the idea that there are a multitude of ways to approach an issue.
