About My Clients
I focus on supporting clients as they navigate traumatic experiences, depressive episodes, moments of panic or anxiety. I assist clients to increase their sense of comfort in, and appreciate for, their bodies and the ways they need to present in order to feel authentic. I collaborate with clients to manifest the peace they want to experience in their life.
My Background and Approach
Currently, I provide telehealth services to clients located in Pennsylvania, Washington and Illinois. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Thursday, morning to late afternoon. New client appointments are available beginning May 15th, 2023. Please note, I am not in network with Medicare/Medicaid or HMO insurances. My clinical experiences are vast and expansive. I have over twelve years of clinical experience in Chicago, providing therapy and supportive services to adolescents, adults and elderly individuals across a wide spectrum of ethnic and cultural groups and LGBTQIA individuals. Additionally, I've worked with individuals who were unhoused, have chronic medical issues, severe and chronic mental illness and substance use disorders. My clinical approach incorporates narrative, emotion-focused, solution-focused, person–centered therapies, and EMDR therapy. My clinical work is guided by a passion to create a supportive and healing space where a client feels empowered to choose change.
