My ideal client comes in many shapes, sizes and settings! Any and all are welcome, no judgments! What I look for in a client is a willingness to try and a desire to heal. I will work hard for you, and I want you to work hard for yourself. There are no secrets here. You show up, I show up and we will reach your goals together.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I earned my Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in 2012 after starting as a Counselor Aide in 2010 in a long-term intensive inpatient drug and alcohol and mental health treatment facility. I have experience in outpatient, inpatient, and halfway house settings. With over 14 years of experience. I am have the ability to build rapport with her clients quickly. I offers a non-judgmental space where the client is met with unconditional positive regard to help them feel free to be themselves. I believe that we all possess the coping skills to work through life’s challenges. I enjoy working with her clients to helping them to discover what those coping skills are and how to use them. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

My desire as your therapist is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to show up as your authentic self. I use an evidence based therapeutic approach to construct healthy solutions to life concerns. In therapy, we create a space to discover realistic solutions to problematic patterns and learn coping skills that produce lasting change to create your “best life.”
