About My Clients
I work with women and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and postpartum challenges. My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—and want a space that feels supportive, empowering, and judgment-free. Together, we explore what matters most to you and build tools to help you heal, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to walk beside you.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with experience in CBT, DBT, and ACT. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, blending evidence-based practices with mindfulness, and self-compassion. My background includes supporting teens and women through anxiety, trauma, grief, postpartum changes, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure, no judgment. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and realness as we work together to understand your experiences and build tools for healing and growth. My practice integrates art, journaling, and meditation when helpful, and I’ll always tailor our work to fit what feels right for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be collaborative, authentic, and empowering. I’m especially passionate about helping women and LGBTQ+ clients find their voice and advocate for their needs. My background includes facilitating non-conforming and LGBTQ+ support groups and working in affirming, community-based programs. I don’t believe in forcing progress—true change happens when you’re ready. My role is to walk alongside you in your journey, offering tools, insight, and care. I’m committed to inclusive, anti-oppressive practice and strive to create a space where all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs are welcomed and respected. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe to show up fully and move at your own pace.
