Creativity can serve as a tool in discovering an awareness of self that can then lead to solutions in everyday life.

About My Clients

I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are seeking alternative forms of mental health support. I utilize art therapy, talk therapy, and psychoeducation in order to help you clarify and achieve your goals. We work collaboratively to explore preexisting patterns and reflect through the use of art materials and dialogue.

My Background and Approach

Art can serve as a way to discover alternative solutions and aid in calming the nervous system. By using talk therapy, art, and psychoeducation you may leave a session feeling confident that each avenue of self-exploration has been accessed. I look forward to helping you forming new perspectives that help transcend stuckness with a compassionate and kind presence. Art therapy is a deeply personal practice that values process over product. Our goal is to access a “flow state” which is an optimal state that supports positive emotions and well-being. Art experience or skill is not a prerequisite!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At Pulse Wellness Cooperative we serve caregivers, young people, and the LGBTQ+ community in supporting a radical sense of well-being. We utilize a social-justice framework by considering systemic barriers to care that impact mental health. We work with openness, honesty and compassion with all genders, identities, and ages to find a place of wholeness that everyone deserves. We are dedicated to constant learning in order to better serve our clients.
