About My Clients
My client focus is with adolescents/teenagers (14 to 19), and adults. If you are experiencing signs of distress, such as sadness, hopelessness, excessive worry, overreactions, loss of interest in previously joyful activities, self-isolation, and disruption in eating or sleep patterns, therapy can help.
My Background and Approach
I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to focus on improving moods, anxiety, and behavior while focusing how thoughts and emotions affect behavior.
