The clients I serve are adult men and women who have experienced trauma that is impacting their daily lives. People who have tried to heal, but continue to suffer. People who are apart of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and need to be heard and validated. I see you. I hear you. It would be my honor to provide a safe space for your healing. My Background and Approach
I don't want to bore you with an alphabet soup of treatment approaches, but I am trained in various therapeutic models that focus on healing from trauma, combating unhelpful thoughts, and living life holistically. I believe in a collaborative approach and see myself as a partner in your therapeutic journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the uniqueness of every client I serve, and use my personal experiences as a black woman in America as a catalyst to the experiences of others. I recognize you as the expert of your life, and hope to come alongside you. It is important to me honor nature, including the unique humans that make up this world.
