I treat my clients with care, attention and support and without judgement. I am trained in the following treatment methods: increasing insight (psychodynamic), building skills to manage emotions and behaviors (cognitive behavioral therapy - CBT). I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)-a psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.
